1. Binding Agreement & Customer Eligibility

By accessing wearsypher.com or concluding a transaction, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or possess the requisite legal capacity under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to enter into binding obligations. If you are accessing our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you possess the authorized power to bind that entity.

WearSypher reserves the right to modify these Terms periodically. Substantive updates will be recorded via the "Effective Date" indicator above, and continued utilization of the storefront signifies acceptance of modified conditions.

2. Architectural Drops, Sizing, & Inventory Holds

WearSypher pieces—including our 240 GSM oversized T-shirts and 180 GSM regular fit luxury combed cotton editions—are constructed in limited archival production runs. Placing an item into your digital shopping bag does not guarantee ownership or price protection until checkout session confirmation.

3. Pricing, Goods & Services Tax (GST), & Currency

All retail prices displayed on the storefront are denominated in Indian National Rupees (INR - ₹) and are inclusive of statutory Goods & Services Tax (GST) in accordance with Indian taxation statutes.

In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical or technological error, WearSypher maintains the absolute right to decline, adjust, or cancel orders placed for said item prior to courier dispatch, promptly refunding any prepaid sums.

4. Order Acceptance & Contract Formation

An automated order confirmation email containing your unique order identifier (SYP-XXXXX) constitutes an acknowledgment of receipt of your purchase intent.

A legally binding contract of sale is consummated exclusively upon physical verification, quality inspection at our warehouse, and assignment of an active courier tracking waybill (SHIPPED status). We retain the right to decline or cancel orders suspected of reselling, fraud, or address unserviceability.

5. Payment Gateways & Fraud Mitigation

Clients may finalize orders utilizing authorized Razorpay payment pathways (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, NetBanking) or select Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes up to a cap of ₹15,000.

All electronic transactions undergo real-time fraud evaluation and 3D-Secure authentication. Fraudulent chargebacks, unauthorized card usage, or frivolous payment disputes will result in immediate customer profile blacklisting and referral to regulatory authorities.

6. Fair Access & Prohibition of Commercial Bots

Any order identified by our behavioral threat engine as bot-assisted will be unilaterally cancelled without notice. Inventory will be re-allocated, and IP ranges will be permanently blocked by our perimeter firewall.

7. Intellectual Property & Brand Ownership

All content appearing on WearSypher, including piece patterns, modular hardware fittings, photography, lookbooks, typography, digital code, and the distinctive WearSypher wordmark and geometric insignia, are the exclusive intellectual property of WearSypher (wearsypher.com) protected under Indian and international copyright and design patent frameworks.

Commercial reproduction, imitation, reverse-engineering, or unauthorized retail distribution is actionable under civil and criminal statutes.

8. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

To the maximum extent permissible under applicable law, WearSypher shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this platform. Our maximum cumulative liability for any verified claim shall not exceed the aggregate sum actually paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

We are exempt from fulfillment delays triggered by events beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure), including natural disasters, national courier strikes, extreme weather, civil disruptions, or government import/export restrictions.

9. Governing Law & Exclusive Jurisdiction

These Terms and all associated transactions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in Mumbai City, Maharashtra, India.
