1. Accepted Payment Methods & Channels

We provide multiple secure checkout options powered by Razorpay Software Private Limited:

Unified Payments Interface (UPI)

Instant zero-convenience-fee checkout via Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, Cred UPI, and all bank-supported UPI apps via dynamic QR code or direct app intent.

Credit & Debit Cards

Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, and American Express issued by domestic and international institutions, protected by mandatory 3D-Secure OTP verification.

NetBanking (50+ Banks)

Direct institutional internet banking access through HDFC, ICICI, SBI, Axis, Kotak, and over 50 regional scheduled commercial banks.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Doorstep physical payment via cash or delivery agent UPI QR scan available across verified domestic pin codes.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Regulations

To curb uncollected packages and fraudulent reservations during limited drops, COD is subject to the following criteria:

Cart Threshold: COD is permitted up to a maximum cart total of ₹15,000. Orders exceeding this limit must be completed through online prepaid payment.
Pin Code Serviceability: COD availability is determined dynamically based on our courier partner's cash-collection logistics capability for your specific postal code.
Handover Procedure: Delivery riders cannot surrender packages for opening or inspection prior to complete cash or QR payment collection.

3. Security & PCI-DSS Compliance

Bank-Grade Encryption

All transaction traffic is piped through 256-bit TLS 1.3 cryptographic protocols. WearSypher operates under strict zero-knowledge principles: card credentials and account security data are processed in tokenized form directly by Razorpay (certified PCI-DSS Level 1 Service Provider).

4. Currency, GST, & Invoicing

All pricing across wearsypher.com is computed in Indian Rupees (INR - ₹) and is all-inclusive of applicable Goods & Services Tax (GST).

Upon payment capture or COD order confirmation, an official digitally-signed tax invoice bearing our corporate GSTIN and an itemized tax breakdown is generated and stored in your customer account.

5. Failed Transactions & Auto-Reconciliation

In rare cases of internet latency or bank server timeouts, your bank account may be debited without an order confirmation screen being generated:

Automated Reconciliation SLA

When Razorpay receives funds without an active matching checkout session, an automated rollback is triggered. The debited sum is refunded to your source bank account within 48 to 72 business hours without requiring any action on your part.

If funds do not reflect after 72 hours, forward your Bank Reference / UTR Number to support@wearsypher.com for manual reconciliation.

6. Commercial Invoicing & Business GSTIN

Enterprise clients and corporate purchasers requiring B2B Input Tax Credit (ITC) under Indian GST law may furnish their verified 15-digit GSTIN and Registered Business Name during checkout or by emailing concierge prior to package dispatch.
