No entity may utilize our trademarks, trade dress, or confusingly similar variations in connection with any commercial merchandise, retail storefront, or advertising campaign without prior express written authorization.
2. Product Silhouettes & Modular Hardware Patents
Our technical apparel patterns, 240 GSM oversized drop-shoulder blocks, 180 GSM tailored regular fit geometry, and precision combed cotton stitching assemblies represent proprietary designs protected under the Designs Act, 2000 and the Copyright Act, 1957.
Any commercial reproduction, structural imitation, reverse-engineering, or unauthorized manufacture of our design blueprints is subject to immediate legal injunction and statutory damages.
3. Website Imagery, Lookbooks, & Code Copyright
All photography, video campaigns, 3D renderings, product copy, editorial lookbooks, typography, user interface layouts, CSS styles, and backend software architecture appearing on wearsypher.com are copyrighted works owned exclusively by WearSypher.
Unauthorized scraping, extraction, deep-linking, mirror hosting, or framing of our product photography or data assets for training artificial intelligence models or populating third-party marketplaces is strictly prohibited.
